Holiday Style: Casual Sequins

Ok, I know it's a little too early to start talking holiday style, but for some reason this year, I am extra excited about the holidays. Maybe it's because sweater weather is just now slowing starting to creep its way towards the west coast, or maybe it's because this year, we'll be celebrating in a newly renovated (hopefully finished, fingers crossed) place. I'm already excited for decorating and holiday recipe planning, but what I'm most excited about at the moment is holiday style - mostly because I discovered these a-mazing sequin sweatpants.
Earlier this week, I talked about my love/hate with turtlenecks and how the funnel has changed everything. But I also have a love/hate thing with sequins. I love the shimmer, but usually end up feeling overdressed. The solution? Cover a pair of slouchy super comfy joggers in black sequins and call it a day. I definitely plan on wearing this to a holiday party or two, and just as easily on a regular day. Call it love, because that's exactly what it is. Happy almost Friday!
