BLACK FUR AND RIBBED TURTLENECKS

This outfit was from our last trip back up North, on one of the last days where cold-weather layering would even be considered, and even then just barely. It's been really interesting not having gone back up North for a while now - we've been living with the tiniest percentage of our possessions for the last month or so and while one hand, it's been challenging (you get creative when you've got 2 pans to cook with), it has also been totally liberating. I've gotten a better understanding of what I really need and what I don't, not to mention that any time we add something back into our possessions, it feels like a total luxury. 

I think that's how it really should be. We should be more aware of the intrinsic value of our things and not amass possessions just to have them. That being said, I can't wait to go get the rest of my shoe collection in March! ; )
