I always get a wave of energy whenever I come back to Palo Alto, after being away for a while. While this is a short trip, I've already made it to my two favorite restaurants, my favorite boutique, and of course Ranch 99 for some serious Chinese food overload! Another thing I really appreciated that I didn't expect to was the (just barely) cooler weather, because I got to break in my new cashmere coat from Kinross, which, while both super slim and lightweight, might be one of the warmest coats I have!
