MODERNISM WEEK: CHRISTOPHER KENNEDY

Modernism Week couldn't have come at a better time this year, lining up with exactly when I need to start thinking about interior design for our next AirBnB destination. While we have a few months to go, things are starting to shape up so quickly that the decor part of planning kind of snuck up on me. But after touring so many gorgeous places at Modernism Week, I'm feeling fully inspired and ready to start planning.

One thing that really stood out to me at the Christopher Kennedy House this year, (aside from some seriously covet-worthy chairs and incredible wallpaper) was the gorgeous statement lighting used in virtually every room. Considering the Joshua Tree GeoDome (consider this the official announcement of the new AirBnB) is a geodesic space, we have the most gorgeous ceilings that I'm really excited to accentuate. From table lamps to pendants, jump to the end to see my favorite statement lighting of the moment, inspired by the stunning Christopher Kennedy House. (And I may have thrown in a few favorite chairs too)...
