RESORT LIFE

One of the things that really attracted me to moving to this area is that no matter how hard you are working, or how busy you are, all you have to do is look up and around to feel instantly relaxed, centered, and calm. There's just something about magenta and purple sunsets on the mountains, cacti, sand, and palm trees (and pools everywhere) that refuses to let you hyperfocus on the small stuff. It's this idea of a permanent vacation of sorts (a working one, however) that is something I've always looked for. I mean, where else can you feel like you're heading out to brunch every time you step out to get toothpaste from Walgreens? 

This resort life feeling has definitely affected the way I dress - it's more fun and playful, and definitely a lot more relaxed. How do your settings affect your style?
